We accept GP referrals for children, adolescents and adults requiring dietetic and/or psychological support for eating disorders and disordered eating.

Referrals are accepted under:

Eating Disorder Treatment & Management Plan (EDP) referrals

CCEDS provides coordinated dietetic and psychological eating disorder care. Where both services are required, please include both dietetic and psychological treatment on the same EDP referral. A separate EDP is not required for each discipline.

Completing the initial treatment recommendations

In the Initial Treatment Recommendations section of the EDP, please include the relevant clinician(s) below and treatment goals for each service.
