Cancellations

We understand that life can get in the way sometimes or unexpected events can occur. We ask that you notify us within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Our current cancellation fee is $65 for review appointments and $125 for an initial assessment appointment. Please note cancelled appointments are not eligible for the Medicare rebate.
