
Dr Paul Wilkinson
BSc (Hons), PGDip, MPhil, PhD, APD, CEDC-D

Dr Paul Wilkinson is a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician and an Accrediting Practising Dietitian. He has worked in the UK and Australia with children, adolescents and adults with eating disorders in both acute inpatient services and community out-patient services. Paul has a PhD in Nutrition and post graduate qualifications in psychotherapy.
Paul works with GP’s, schools, guidance officers, counsellors, school based youth nurses, mental health services and psychologists to maximise multidisciplinary care. Paul has published several papers on the nutritional management of eating disorders. His primary areas of focus are Anorexia in children and adolescents and neurodiversity in eating disorders.
Paul is a member of ANZAED (Australia & New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders) a registered provider with the Butterfly Foundation, Medicare and private health providers.
Dr Leslie Pollock
BA, BA (Hons), MA (Natal), PhD (Wales), FCCP, MAPS

Dr Leslie Pollock is a clinical psychologist who has worked in South Africa, the UK and Australia. He works mainly with adults with complex mental health presentations. His particular interests are eating disorders, the psychology of depression, trauma, suicidal behaviour and self-harm. He has extensive experience in treating people diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).
Leslie was the Director of the Centre for Psychotherapy in Newcastle, NSW, where he oversaw the development of a DBT treatment program for BPD and a day program for eating disordered clients. He has spent the last few years in QLD working privately and for Queensland Health. Leslie has psychotherapeutic expertise in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based CBT for Depression and CBT-E for Eating Disorders.
Leslie has a PhD in Psychology and has published various papers in international journals and authored or co-authored numerous book chapters. He is a Fellow of the College of Clinical Psychologists and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
